There are two categories for artists and makers to participate in the festival:
- Exhibiting Artists are those who plan to sell their wares at the festival and will be applying for a paid booth. Information for exhibiting artists is on this page.
- Artists in Action simply want to create art as a kind of live performance; they will not be selling anything. Click here to go to the information page for Artists in Action.

Application Information
All exhibiting artists must apply by the deadline (March 18) and your application must be approved in order to be considered. Because this is our inaugural year, some exhibition details are still in the planning stages and will be available on this page as soon as they are finalized.
The Festival will be offering space for exhibitor booths (see map for details) on Saturday, April 22. Artists will be assigned booth space as applications are accepted; if we receive more applications than our current plan allows for, we will allocate more space.
Application Requirements:
Images: Minimum 3 photos of work; photo of prior booth setup recommended
Booth Fee: $75 will be due upon notification of acceptance by check to White Squirrel Arts Fest, mailed to PO Box 9763, Bowling Green, KY 42102 along with signed participation agreement to be provided.

Artists and vendors in Fountain Square and Circus Square are cautioned that signs, tent stakes, etc. are prohibited. Irrigation systems may be damaged or destroyed by objects placed in the ground. Sand bag anchors are an acceptable alternative.
