A limited number of spaces are available and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Food Truck & Vendor Requirements
- Food truck operators who require street parking and independent food vendors who require standard booth space shall apply to participate, and when approved by the WSAF, will be charged a $40, non-refundable fee due by 1/31/26 (fee increases to $50 if paid after 1/31/26, and no fees will be accepted after 3/31/26).

Important Dates
November 3, 2025: Applications open
January 31, 2026: Deadline for $40 early bird applications (midnight)
February 1, 2026: Vendor fee increases to $50
March 31, 2026: Deadline for applications & payment
April 25, 2026: Vendor exhibits, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CT
- Operators and vendors are required to stay open for the full period of the Fest – 11:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. – in the locations designated by WSAF.
- Operators and vendors are responsible for meeting their own licensing and tax obligations with the City of Bowling Green.
- Operators shall meet standards for food trucks as specified by the City of Bowling Green.
- WSAF will submit the special event permit registration fees to the City for all operators and vendors.
- Operators and vendors shall clean up their location at the conclusion of the Fest.
