Food Truck & Independent* Vendor Requirements
- Each food truck operator shall register with the WSAF and be assessed a fee of $75.
- Each independent* vendor shall register with the WSAF and be assessed a fee of $75.
- Operators and vendors are required to stay open for the full period of the Fest – 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. – in the locations designated by WSAF.
- Operators and vendors are responsible for meeting their own licensing and tax obligations with the City of Bowling Green.
- Operators shall meet standards for food trucks as specified by the City of Bowling Green.
- WSAF will submit the special event permit registration fees to the City for all operators and vendors.
- Operators and vendors shall clean up their location at the conclusion of the Fest.
*A vendor who is not registered in one of the Fest’s designated Art categories.

Artists and vendors in Fountain Square and Circus Square are cautioned that signs, tent stakes, etc. are prohibited. Irrigation systems may be damaged or destroyed by objects placed in the ground. Sand bag anchors are an acceptable alternative.
