
There are two categories for artists to participate in the festival:
- Art Vendors are those who plan to sell their wares at the festival and will be applying for a paid booth. Information for art vendors is on this page.
- Artists Showcase simply want to create art as a kind of live performance; they will not be selling anything. Click here to go to the information page for Artists Showcase.
Important Dates
November 3, 2025: Applications open
January 31, 2026: Deadline for $40 early bird applications (midnight)
February 1, 2026: Vendor fee increases to $50
March 31, 2026: Deadline for applications & payment
April 25, 2026: Vendor exhibits, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CT
Application Information
All exhibiting art vendors shall apply to participate, and when approved by the WSAF, will be charged a $40, non-refundable fee due by 1/31/26 (fee increases to $50 if paid after 1/31/26, and no fees will be accepted after 3/31/26). A signed participation agreement (provided with notification of acceptance) is also required, and should be submitted with payment.
A limited number of preferred placement spaces are available and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
